When I was with my parents in October as they faced health challenges, I watched nurses and doctors serve them continually! I wanted to say ‘thank you for serving’ my parents and showing that their lives mattered. As I did thank many of them, my heart spilled over with tears!

During The Gift (TM) experiences, the ‘Thanks for Sharing‘ cards have had a significant impact on people’s hearts. Many people would tell me that was their favorite part of The Gift (TM) experience! Why would these cards and words be so impactful??? Is it because we crave encouraging and life-giving words? I think so!

While sitting in the hospital with my dad, God gave me the inspiration to create ‘Thanks for Serving’ cards. Inspired by the ‘Thanks for Sharing’ cards, these cards would add the scripture Ephesians 6:7-8a- Serve wholeheartedly, as if you were serving the Lord, not people, because you know that the Lord will reward each one for whatever good they do,… on the backside.

Excited to move forward, I went to work with my graphic designer, Aldus Designs, to capture an image that conveyed a simple yet powerful message. Mitchell Graphics helped finish the design project and printed the cards so I could get started sharing this vision with you and others.
